The Mercedes-Benz 2023 Sprinter series of passenger vans is set to release to the North American market. The previous line of Sprinter vans were only released in Europe, so this marks the North American debut for the vans. The 2023 Sprinter series boasts a 9-speed automatic transmission, which is up from the 7-speed used in the brand's previous Sprinter collections. In addition to the transmission, these vans feature an upgraded all-wheel-drive (AWD) system and an upgraded powertrain. The AWD system allows the van to automatically distribute torque to the axle that requires the most torque at any given time
